From Saturday 6th June we started to re-open our sales centres and show homes, where new safety measures have been put in place to protect our staff and customers.

Visits to our sales centres will be by appointment only during this time. Show home viewings will be unaccompanied and can only be carried out with people from the same household. Some of the steps we have taken include: introducing social distancing measures, Covid-19 signage, and providing digital versions of documents that can be emailed in order to keep our colleagues and customers safe.

Existing Customers

For existing customers, we would like to reassure you that our committed sales teams will continue to support you throughout your home buying journey with us. Whilst we may experience a delay in build, our business is focused on limiting the impact for our customers as much as we can and we will be in regular contact with you via telephone or email to update you on the progress of your new home.

Customer Care

We remain fully committed to providing the highest levels of customer care possible during the current situation. 

Following recent changes to Government guidance, we are now in a position to resume Customer Care works on properties with the introduction of new measures and protocols to protect our staff and customers.

The majority of our construction sites will open again from 6th July, at which point we will start to address any issues that have arisen during the period where customer care visits were not permitted.

Response times may be longer than normal for a period and we thank you for your patience whilst our team works hard to address any issue you may have.
